Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Maintaining discipline and harmonious environment at the plant
  2. Managing the compliance under ESI, PF, CLRL, Factory Act, Wages Act, ID Act etc
  3. Maintaining industrial relationship with internal & external stake-owners
  4. Liasioning with government officials
  5. Manpower planning of the plant
  6. Contract labor management system from entry to exit and attendance to payout
  7. Payroll system of the plant
  8. Productivity of the plant-duly monitoring and reviewing the productivity
  9. Maintaining EHS

10. Administration of the plant
